Which Came First: The Chicken or the Moonshine?

Whichever came first, it sure tastes divine when they come together!  Tender chicken in a pineapple marinade blended with Genuine Smoky Mountain Moonshine will delight your senses!

Be tempted by our unique Pecan Chicken...succulent fried chicken covered with crunchy sweet pecan breading, and finished with a buttery nutmeg cream sauce. There's no end to our delicious fare!

Slice into our sumptuous Hickory Grilled Steaks, slow sizzled over real Tennessee hickory charcoal.  Served with our generous, fresh salad bar and oven-hot fresh bread, it's a meal to remember!

Restaurateur Geoffrey Wolpert does it in style!

If you have ever been to Downtown Gatlinburg then you have probably noticed the Park Grill Steakhouse nestled beside the Nantahala Outdoor Center on the left of the Parkway, just before you enter The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Did you notice the indigenous landscaping and majestic mountain lodge charm?

Restaurateur and owner, Geoffrey Wolpert designed the Park Grill to be reminiscent of a national park lodge. To do that he went to great lengths! All of the landscaping is done with plant species indigenous to the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee.

One thing that many notice as they walk into the foyer is the enormous timbers used to build the restaurant, elegantly crisscrossing overhead in grand style. Being the environmentally conscious person that Mr. Wolpert is, these timbers were not the result of cutting live trees and harvesting them from a precious forest. In fact, the superstructure is constructed of handpicked dead standing trees that would otherwise have been a forest hazard had they not been removed.

These are just a couple of interesting facts about the Park Grill Steakhouse. To read more about our history, click here.

The weather forecast is calling for a super, sunny and warm weekend so grab your gear and head to the Smokies. While you are at it, we invite you to stop in and dine with us and create a little history of your own!

Click here to have a look for yourself at what the rest of the world is saying about Biltmore Wines.

Dine with us this weekend and sink your teeth into a mouth-watering Filet Mignon paired with a fabulous Biltmore Cabernet Sauvignon.

"Just ate there for the 5th time. It was excellent as usual. The service was great, the salad bar is amazing. You are stuffed by the time you get your meal! The rolls are awesome. We ordered a filet and a prime rib, both were excellent, but my husband's filet was probably the best we ever had. It's worth a little extra money to get food and service this good all of the time......Suzie, Yahoo! User Reviews".

Your opinion matters!

At the Park Grill Steakhouse, we truly value your opinion. Each and every day, our staff provides comment cards for our guests to voice their opinions and provide recommendations.

Every survey completed is read and all opinions, complaints and suggestions are responded to when necessary.  We realize that when enjoying an evening of fabulous dining, the last thing you want to do is take time away from your family and friends to complete a survey. With that in mind, if you have dined with us but did not have the opportunity to complete a comment card, you can always give us your opinion online by clicking here.

Each year, we review tens of thousands of cards and use that information to make your next dining experience with us even better. In 2010, we learned that 99.1% of all guests surveyed gave their dining experience with us 5 out of 5 stars, and would recommend us to their friends and family. So now this year, we will not only continue to strive for excellence in every way, but we also have to work on that other .09%!
